Summers Lead

As citizens of the United States we depend our political leaders to legislate with moral; however, do we understand that legislating moral is a different ball game. Delegate Michael G. Summers of the 47th district explained the difference Monday morning.

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - There were few times on Monday that Maryland Delegate Michael G. Summers allowed his true self to show through when he spoke to students at the University of Maryland in an informal interview about what goes into making the majority opinion law.

The Anacostia River was once a viable marina that was used for transportation, shipping of goods, and for fishing, but now 20,000 tons of trash is entering the river each year hindering its use and there needs to be something done about it, according to Maryland state Delegate Michael G. Summers.
State Delegate Michael G. Summers of Prince George's county expressed his worry for  the accuracy of future journalism through the rising use of social media to University of Maryland students on Monday.
